terms of use
you agree never to upload copyrighted material or any material to which you do not have rights
you agree to promptly flag any copyrighted material that you stumble upon here (flag button)
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the ORG, its makers, and its members for anything that happens as a result of your use of the ORG
you agree not to abuse, taunt and/or otherwise hassle your fellow ORG members
you agree not to abuse or misuse the ORG servers and/or infrastructure
you agree that this service is provided for use solely at your own risk and that your use of this service may be terminated for any reason at any time
you agree that your contributions are subject to the ORG License
you agree that these terms may be updated at any time

you retain all your ownership rights to everything you contribute to the ORG, except:
you grant the ORG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the contribution (this lets us host it)
you grant each user of the ORG a non-exclusive license to access your contribution through the ORG (this lets other people look at it)
you grant each user of the ORG the right to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform your contribution on the ORG (this lets people make stuff based on your stuff -- but only lets them publish it inside the ORG)
additional sharing and licensing is encouraged. nothing in this License shall prohibit you from licensing or publishing your work more widely. however:
if you wish to alter the license of a collaborative ORG work, or publish a collaborate work outside the ORG, you must secure the permission of each rights holder before doing so.
privacy policy
we will never send you an unsolicited email unless you request one and/or opt-in to an individual project
any email that we do send will clearly identify the ORG as the source and will provide a clear link that lets you opt-out of further messages
we will not reveal your personal information to anyone without a court order
we do not store your physical address information, just latitude and longitude
we do use cookies and track your use of the site
we do collect and reveal aggregate data ("120 duckies in Omaha: average age 26.7") for all sorts of fun purposes in hopes of growing the ORG and funding its projects
