Timeline?
How bout adding a second by second timeline to the script? The current version seems ridiculously long. And for example, the part where they cut to the national anthem in spanish, how long do you play it? At least shit like that needs to have a defined time. And every section "Dirty Space News," etc should have a decent estimate.

Editing style
The important thing to remember is Ze's editing style - quick cuts, lots of zoom-level changes, occasional slow-mo... most shots are in the 10-seconds-or-less range.
Bad idea?
To be honest, this idea doesn't sound too good. I thought, like that guy above me, that we write a thing and he says 'this one is the best' and reads this. Now, people are going to be all elitist about their script and trying to determine what is funny or not, and it will end up being unawesome.

Dirty Space News
I love the dirty space news segment ze does, but shouldn't this be something current and, well...dirty? I'm not following the solar flare angle.
I proposed the three armed baby [1], which is very much in the news and well the third arm, which has been succesfully operated away could have been quite handy... the picture at least is a bit *dirty* ... I know it's immature, unsophisticated and a bit cruel... not really Ze's style, but maybe he could make it work. Besides, the operation was successful, so it's not that cruel :)
