About the first version

I'm an atheist myself, but I would be very careful before making fun of the Bible. If we want to go through with this, it should be really good quality. Some of it is really good though and pertaineth unto the show. The Bible is dirty :P --Gelbi 16:24, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

Right. I agree the section needs to be kicked up a notch. I think S-s-s-something from the bible definitely belongs in The Show, (and so did a bunch of other people, from the way it kept being suggested). But it needs to be better. Get to editing, guys. --AaronStJ 16:39, 6 June 2006 (PDT)
Ditto here. I'm not a fan of religion or political correctness, but there's no reason to offend for the sake of offending. With a little work this can cross the "inspired opinion" threshold instead of just poking fun at something. muyfabulosotalk 20:20, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

Just a note: "Go in unto her' isn't something I'd giggle at myself... Its a little mysogynistic. --emmanuel75.18.116.20 22:53, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

The Bible, as it turns out, is a little mysogynistic. --AaronStJ 00:43, 7 June 2006 (PDT)

So far, it's just not a very funny section. And not exactly, um, relevant, timely, current, satirical, or pointed. Is this just a set-up for a dressed-in-drag joke and a note-to-self joke...as if old testament law were still a good idea? Kick it up a whole lot of notches or kick it to the curb. --bodog_formerly_byslexic 23:32, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

I agree. The only thing funny about it is that it is s-s-s-something from the Bible. After that it fails to deliver.Yves 12:45, 7 June 2006 (PDT)

If you're having trouble with the bible try this instead - Scientology Goes NASCAR With Dianetics Race Car - http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=2044770

Taking the piss out of Scientology is always fun, let's go for it (next week?...). --CeruleanNinja

I second formely byslexic's comment. --75.18.116.20 11:02, 7 June 2006 (PDT)

I split up "SFTB" and "SFTC" because "SFTC" needed its own subheadings. --maju

Ze in a Dress

Do you really want Ze to put on a dress? --Gelbi 15:54, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

Very, very much so. We control his actions. Let's take advantage of it. AaronStJ 15:55, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

I agree! He likes gay things, and he'd look great! Keep the dress. Or maybe a miniskirt...

Whilst this might go well with Ze's challenge to 'take it up a notch', it still needs a lot of work before it's actually funny and not a cheapo/exploitative gag. Perhaps with time constraints this week, this could be a potential 'Back for More?' joke in the next week's Fabuloso? --CeruleanNinja

awesome spock/kirk image for this section!

Try not to rely on props & costumes to get laughs. Milton Berle could get away with schtick; let's try to keep Ze's material cerebral if we can.

it's more than just a prop being shoved out there. the joke would work really well if it's made really obvious that we're only doing it to make Ze wear a dress. --Maus 16:31, 6 June 2006 (PDT)
I agree with Maus. It would be interesting (let's say next week) to set it up as a 'threat' at the beginning of the Show, and the joke would be the suspense of 'when'. I agree with AaronStJ (below) with the 'comedy' dress, i.e. more dignity, and less degrading.
Right, I agree. I'm thinking he could wear some sort of ill fitting dress over "regular" clothes. AaronStJ 16:33, 6 June 2006 (PDT)
Yeah, that's cool... but I feel sorry for ze guy, he is such a bag of testosterone, and you want to put him in a dress... --Gelbi 16:41, 6 June 2006 (PDT)

I'm thinking that this whole section is a tad out of character for Ze. I don't think the dress bit "works". There are already too many definition based jokes. The other word definition jokes seem to flow better than this one anyways. What about a pink shirt instead of a dress?

Boo-ooring --AaronStJ 18:05, 6 June 2006 (PDT)
Not funny.

Unless it is one of Amanda Congdon's dresses....

(I think a dress is too tame : shirtless in a nippleless bra would be perfect)

Lose the Bible

Seriously-- this shit ain't funny. A lot of the script is pretty funny. But this Bible section bites the big one. If putting ze in a dress is a reason to keep this section, then your priorities for commanding an entire show are severely suspect. This entire section needs to go. It's not controversial, it's not edgy; it's not worth it. It's not ze. If you've been watching ze for any length of time, you'd realize the timing and substance were off the mark. Did the bobo twins put you up to this?

Seconded. The bible bit should be cut.
