This is still a rough draft... I don't know, how or if we split the powermoves, yes maybe that's the best idea, we vote for both a real chess move and for our favourite power move. Then Ze can decide which one to pick, or we could vote between doing a real chess move and a power move, or just not distinguish them at all.
