This is still a rough draft... I don't know, how or if we split the powermoves, yes maybe that's the best idea, we vote for both a real chess move and for our favourite power move. Then Ze can decide which one to pick, or we could vote between doing a real chess move and a power move, or just not distinguish them at all. I would personally prefer at least having voted on one real chess move... --Gelbitalk 16:00, 25 June 2006 (PDT)

And just in time too, thanks Gelbi. I admit I feel a bit remiss in not paying much attention to the discussion. One of the questions for which it may be too late is: do we really want to do a real chess game, is that the most fun or awesome thing to do together? If it's to be a real game, we'll probably have a little corner of geeks doing the moves for who knows how many weeks. It doesn't seem to me to be a thing where everyone can contribute. But then again that would be fine in itself, why not. And so on. It's late over here ^_^ - Disso 16:07, 25 June 2006 (PDT)
Well, my attitude was that let's at least pretend we are doing our absolute best to do a real chess move, and we'll let Ze decide on the surprises and twists, but in no way do I want to put down any attempts at higher levels of awesomeness on parts of the sports racers!! --Gelbitalk 16:21, 25 June 2006 (PDT)

I've always been fond of "Umbrella stand to queen's artichoke 5" and I'm not going to dig around in the history to find out who suggested it. - Disso 15:57, 25 June 2006 (PDT)
