The weight of the giant German baby cannot be right. I am unfamiliar with the story, and don't speak German, but 6.18 grams is less than a pound. Did Ze misspeak? Or did he perhaps say 6.18 kilograms, which is about 13.5 pounds?
That is much more likely. I'm a native German speaker, and although Ze's pronounciation is almost flawless, the grammar of the sentence and the literal translation of "crazy" seem to indicate that he used a machine translation. Probably the "kilo" got lost somewhere along the way... And six kilograms would really make the baby a giant baby.
