Yeah, I'd have to describe your counter-example as the group having reached 100% consensus for both moves. I think we're pretty clear on where we disagree: simply put, I feel the voters are more relevant while you think the votes themselves are more important. -87⁴ 15:01, 21 July 2006 (PDT)
