09-22-06 - Fabulosos, it's time to fire up the Wiki again and help make the music video for Goose's extended remix (now consumatron's shortened version)!

Awed_Job has stepped up to make sure that this actually gets done by the February 15th deadline.

Need It List

• MiniDV Cam in San Fran - CherishHellfire will be shooting some footage this Saturday. Her camera is a broke-ass Mavica that records on floppy disks! You need to loan her your miniDV cam. You're not using it. Help a duckie out, will ya! Details here.

Idea

This is where we play with ideas. It's easier to move a pencil line on a story board than a mountain on the set.

Theme

Give Me Strength - That was Ray's hope in creating the song for his daughter; that it would give her strength to get through the troubles she was facing. Let's make Ray's Video a gift to the world so that the downtrodden may find the strength to get through their day.

No disrespect to goose but we need a shorter version of the song if there is going to be any hope of getting this project finished by 07 February '07.

Logline

A one sentence explaination of the music video

Ray whips some ass and inspires other stressed out workers to rise up and follow his example.

Synopsis

Here's a brief 50 word description of "Give Me Strength"

Ray decides to whip some ass after getting a call from his stressed out daughter. Other people at their job reach their own breaking point. When his daughter sees Ray coming to help her, she transforms into her own "Ray" and whips her bosses ass by herself. All over, people rise up and defend themselves from the mess in our society.

Treatment

We open on Ray sitting peacefully in his chair. His cell phone rings and it's his daughter. We see her in her office being yelled at by her boss. Ray's smile quickly turns to a frown when he realizes the frustration she is enduring. Ray gets in his car and drives to her office.

Multiple cuts of fabulosos at their jobs.

Ray hurriedly parks his car and runs into his daughter's office. While running we see a montage of many people running.

Multiple cuts of sports racers getting hassled at said jobs

As Ray's daughter raises her teary eyes she sees her father making his way past her boss. She stands up and the letters “SR” (Super Ray|Sports Racer) appear on her chest. Ray steps back as his daughter approaches the boss and begins to bitch him out, poking him in the chest.

Multiple cuts of duckies transforming into their "Ray" like selves, with some reference to "SR" in the shot and whippin' some ass.

Ray reaches into his coat and pulls out a can of Ducki Whip and hands it to his daughter. She takes it. Ray holds her boss and his daughter "Whips" her bosses ass. She grabs her purse and follows her father out of the office.

Multiple cuts of all the little duckies walking out on their jobs. They sing the refrain of the song, “Hum it to yourself...”. Eventually they morph into Ray and his daughter. Both Ray and his daughter get in his car and drive away.

• Daughter: Short hair, modern, edgy, young, pretty, attitude + competence.
• Boss: Overbearing, insecure, unpolitical, greedy, working on being fat.
