Innocent Escapes

if you haven't seen this...check it out. a bizarre campaign by Brawny (paper towels)...which would be perfect if it wasn't over designed.

unlike the person who posted before me, i was disapointed with the brawny campaign. I did not care for the actor. He cant be a professional. He obviously refrenced none of your instructional videos before he started the job. The pickle jar "test of strengh" was a PERFECT opportunity to impress his date with the "use what's available" technique! And boy was i surprised when his "attempts" to seduce the audience were colored with NONE of the facial expressions you so elequently demonstrated in How To Act Convincingly! i underrstand that "eloquent" refers to verbal communication, but your acting is....poetry. and how else can one describe such effortless communicaton, be it verbally or bodily?

And, NOWHERE did he behave in a manner befitting a spokesperson! His head never came near a double-take. and did he ever actually USE the product he was endorsing?! Hard to tell. And this man wants to act? *sigh* i'd hate to be his agent.

in short i was not impressed with the range desplayed by the leading man. he has potential, but unless he gets serious and startes studying your instructional videos, he is doomed to a short-lived career.

i love you.

Wow. Is it bad that I was extremely uncomfortable watching a couple of those videos? I'm having a hard time figuring out if this is a serious campaign or not. I don't see how it could be, but I have been surprised before.

By the way, hi. This site is awesome and I'm going to keep up with your blog from now on.

The most hysterical "file loading" icon I have ever seen, still laughing.

I just about broke a finger in my rush to send a Brawnyman "greeting" to my single sister who has spent years despairing that she'll ever find a guy who is sensitive enough. I hope she will forgive me.
