now at least I know why your website was banned in China in 2002.

I remember when we had foreign diplomats, business leaders and interantional journalists on the island of Hainan for the Boao Forum for Asia- magically, we had access to BBC News website that week. Never mind we could pick up the TV signal from Hong Kong any time we wanted...
