Caught this song on the KEXP podcast. They're got a pretty cool sound. This song grabbed me right away. It's a good find.

Beiruts album Gulag Orchestra is absolutely amazing. If you liked beirut, then check out Final Fantasy (Owen Pallet). Stuff can be found on youtube or myspace.

"Scenic World (Second Version)" from the album "Lon Gisland" is by far one of the most amazing beautiful songs I have ever heard. It just seems to resonate. Check out a sample of it here (where I actually found out about the band):
