We have successfully made an Earth Sandwich. How can there still be more left to do?

Where are we going to discuss this? The ORG? Here? The Forum?

Wow. This looks fantastic - and, coincidentally, absolutely perfect for an organization I've just started working with. Thank you SO MUCH for posting the link, ze!

This seems pretty hardcore. It's hard to believe that, devoted and creative as Sports Racers are, we could manage the ambitious feat of developing an idea and making an elaborate proposal for it, especially over the internet. That in itself would be worthy of a prize.

Not that I want to be a downer or anything! You can do anything you set your mind to! We are all special!

I'd be interested in helping if possible. :)

Yes I work with mobile phones and educational projects - could there be an element to take part of this away from the computer on mobile phone?

Count me in - email me with any news!

I am willing to help with the instruction design part if you need it.

It's my strongest asset... I can also read upside down

I help run a 3D/Illustration digital arthouse, and we're actively trying to break into educational software development. If we can come up with a suitably awesome proposal, I can arrange for some pro-bono art assets.

You're a bottom, right ? I just don't see you as a top.

I have written curriculum, studied online forums and social networks to find the ones best fitted for what needs to happen. *The ORG has a nice little set up already that could be used for a school.) I am applying for ECOT the only online school of any merit hat I have found (still lacking based upon about 20 ex student interviews). I just want to see what they have to offer. I know some ed law for this country and am somewhat literate about school finance and how a project were it to be put into place might find continued funding. I know federal standards and a few states near by heart for English. I am aware of the movements in education both data driven and wishful thinking. I know IDEA and how it might work with the ether. I know what a darned 504 plan is. Shoot, I breath the chalk dust and see the future. I have a masters in ed admin for what it's worth which is a hell of a lot less than what I paid for it.

I have been dreaming of doing this right for some time now. It seems only the privileged are being targeted for this kind of expansion though.

I read the details. IT is still being exclusive it seems. But I do want to participate, I know I have something to offer. I am going to look into it right now.

Just spent the entire week fighting the status quo and as usual at my own detriment. I hope to god the other side of this coin, this education that needs to be, is not so obdurate and prejudice in its outlook. hope hope hope hope hope

If a method of communication and learning is to be developed there is a need for a liason between what is and what will be.
