That's a sketch from the Shaun Micallef P(r)ogram(me), from a few years ago. He's done a whole lot of gags based on that idea. Quite a few are on youtube, actually - look for David McGahan's World, which is a segment Micallef did on a show called Full Frontal.

Shaun Micallef is a comedy god - I'm pretty sure he did another version of this gag on another episode as well.
