What's Your Problem

Two clips from a bizarre cable access show from the 80's...i dunno, it cracked me up in its shear persistence :: also included a clip that i found searching for the term "what's your problem" from a more recent public access show which i found quite charming :: street interviews asking people what they wanted to be when they grew up and what they are doing now ::

this clip from a recent public access show entitled "what's your problem" showed up in related vids ::

It's interesting... most people want or wanted to do something creative or fantastic... Instead they do something practical and boring. It's a culture of dreaming pragmatists. Perpetually dreaming, perpetually hoping, perpetually pragmatic.

Form over function, function over form.

It makes me feel better about not giving up on my form just because I've been forced to reconsider my function.
