In creating works for the mass, that will be under heavy criticism, which all will be behind your back and you will be oblivious to their thoughts, I do bounce ideas off a wall to see how they come back, even though no one has touched or changed the idea it comes back different, like a ball against a wall. Its never the same, either the spin on it, or the location, or what you have to do to grasp it completely.

I often look to view the work in different states of mind, from a comical sense based on crude humor, to an intellectual mindset focused on hidden meanings and ideas hidden below the surface. These different mind sets are all me, they are not an alter ego, but simply different mindsets of the same person.

The mind is a powerful tool, and if used correctly can create astonishing things. The mind is capable of making things unique adding ones own twist on things, even though they might not mean too. Like the child's game "Telephone" each person tries to make the same thing, but often it becomes something new.

So cool. I love how these make me feel - sort of surreal and chaotic - kiddish.
