amazing (ly awful) action sequence

touted as one of the "worst death scenes ever" this clip has one of the best delivered lines I have ever heard :: namely "man he must be smokin' some heavy doobies" :: try it out in a mirror, i doubt you can nail it like this guy did :: click below to watch ::

In terms of one liners this one is still the best! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w1XOfHax6Q8

I thought I was the only one that had trouble with anything but a bazooka. Joy overwhelms me!

Posted by: Jason Evers at March 9, 2009 4:25 PM

Really? REALLY?? Wretched scene, haha

Posted by: JGHue at March 9, 2009 4:57 PM

Is that Ron Moss in the passenger seat? Sounds like him. Now on The Bold & The Beautiful.

Posted by: 12thSkater at March 9, 2009 4:58 PM

What movie is this? I think I've seen it!

Posted by: MNM at March 9, 2009 4:59 PM

"i've been better"

What the heck is this from? I need to see the rest of it.

Posted by: Mia at March 9, 2009 4:59 PM

Did the skater shoot him with a ketchup packet?

Posted by: Mike Hochanadel at March 9, 2009 4:59 PM

Wow... I'm... uh... speechless. :-D

Posted by: Tim at March 9, 2009 5:00 PM

hahaha, very nice movie :D

Posted by: kadaffy at March 9, 2009 5:02 PM

wha? was that ever "for real"????

Posted by: Kim at March 9, 2009 5:03 PM

This hurts me.

Posted by: Kato at March 9, 2009 5:05 PM

What the.... ??? LOL

That blow up doll must have been filled with pure oxygen, no... hydrogen to explode like that.

My friend DK reminded me that the "director's commentary" for 'Hard Ticket to Hawaii' informs that the director saw the dude skating and thought it was cool so he decided to include him. Less details given about blowup doll. :-|

Also, you'll find near no swearing in the director's flicks though he's apparently fine with the nudity.

We should all drive around armed similarly should we be confronted with just such a situation.
Nice braid, friend of yours?

Posted by: Blonda at March 9, 2009 5:27 PM

"Heavy doobies", jeeps, tank tops, rubber blow-up dolls, skateboards and bazookas -- It's like Homer Simpson made an action movie.

Posted by: Frank Jania at March 9, 2009 5:48 PM

Hahah, wow. That's amazing. When I first read "man he must be smokin' some heavy doobies" I thought to myself "How can that be funny without being stupid?"

Then, I watched the video.

That is gonna be stuck in my head for the next week or so.

Posted by: Gamewinner07 at March 9, 2009 5:56 PM

hahaha, a bazooka!? really? ABSOLUTELY.

Posted by: Brianna at March 9, 2009 5:57 PM

Admit it, you made this in your 'hood, didnt you?

Posted by: Ola at March 9, 2009 6:01 PM

pure class

Posted by: tom at March 9, 2009 6:03 PM

That is possibly the best thing I've ever seen in my life!!!!

Posted by: Chris Jackson at March 9, 2009 6:08 PM

I don't see how the bullet could have hit him... especially in the nipple...

Posted by: MissJecka at March 9, 2009 7:31 PM

Silly movieĀ±!

Posted by: richard at March 9, 2009 8:13 PM

Oh my.
Just another reminder of why I'm happy I didn't grow up in the 80's.

Posted by: Casey at March 9, 2009 9:08 PM

I knew I had seen this before! It available for Watch Instantly on Netflix at one time:

Posted by: MNM at March 9, 2009 10:27 PM

Boy, this website is really educational:

A little Googling: Yes, that is Rob Moss from The Bold and the Beautiful. It is shot in Hawaii, and it is called "Hard Ticket to Hawaii".

Now that scene. The assassin rides past the target on a skateboard, has his friend drive past them a second time, takes out a mannequin, and then skates back to them in order to shoot them.

Man, the writers must have been smoking some heavy doobies.

Posted by: David W. at March 9, 2009 11:24 PM

I suddenly saw in Wikipedia that this was written by Andy Sidaris, and I thought "What the... Is that David and Amy's unsuccessful brother?"

No. They're Sedaris (with an "e" and not an "i"). Andy is apparently in a family all by himself.

Posted by: David W. at March 9, 2009 11:30 PM

it takes a real action hero to confidently sport an asymetrical braid. Left shoulder means single, right?

Posted by: james at March 10, 2009 3:03 AM

Why's he gotta blow up the blow up doll? That's just gratuitous! May I free associate to my favorite laborious fight scene from "They Live"? It's all about the sunglasses, and it goes on for so darn long!

Posted by: jeano at March 10, 2009 2:03 PM

"Let's get that Turkey!" Epic!

Posted by: Mike at March 11, 2009 10:03 AM

Wow, I must have a blow up doll ride shot gun with me now and use it as a shield just in case I need to attempt to kill someone. That was a harsh ending I mean talk about overkill. Plus the hit must of sent both the blonde guy and the blow up doll flying!

Posted by: Vince at March 12, 2009 11:11 PM

Oh man, that was awesomely bad. Thanks for sharing.

Posted by: grimeden at March 15, 2009 6:52 PM

Wow. A bazooka.

Posted by: opello at March 21, 2009 9:22 PM

Genius. Absolute genius.
And the realism of the situation, the amount of times i've decided to hide something behind a blow-up sex doll! Again i say, genius.

Posted by: Wil at March 25, 2009 4:33 AM

'the bazooka Rowdy?'
'its the only gun I can hit a moving target with.'
'good hunting weapon, huh?'
