I'm not sure why it seems to repeat. I looked for differences between the two laps but couldn't find any.

Now I realize that the actual final product is the video, a collection of images framed together in a way to simulate motion, but I'm incredibly impressed with these guys ability to constantly create and then destroy their artwork. It reminds me of the sand art that the monks create and then destroy. The temporary and fleeting feeling of this really gives a magical feeling, and a mixture of sadness and wonderment that the only remaining record is this purely digital retelling of it.

Wow! I admire their bravery to paint over something good to create something even better.

A good exercise in 'the whole being greater than the sum of its parts'

Doug,

If this were facebook, I would have read your comment and pressed the 'like' button. I think we're saying the same thing, only you said it in a way that got me thinking about monks and magic.....and now Monkey Magic (do you remember that show? Awesome). I wish I had a flying carpet...

Thanks :)
