It's nice work, but a very incomplete history. Where are the Cocteau Twins in all of this? Nobody makes up words like Liz Fraser. Nobody. Whole songs of straight-up beautiful crazy-talk. Also, I feel scat deserves a nod here. The singing style, not the poop fetish style.
