I want to give someone a great big happy!!!!!

zero 05-10-2006 09:56 AM

she's in dire need of one

rmr 05-10-2006 10:00 AM

ok - here i go. get over here saveloy - i'm going to give you the BIGGEST happy ever!!!!!!

rmr 05-10-2006 10:05 AM

i brought in left over chinese food but i'm afraid to heat it up because my boss always has to make a comment about what i'm eating and it irks me so

unhappy

i'm hungry

zero 05-10-2006 10:11 AM

what type of thing does he usually say?

could you make up an example of what type of comment he'd make in a scenario where you were heating up some kedgeree?

rmr 05-10-2006 10:15 AM

ok - i'll try - sometimes he says "that smells good"

how's that?

zero 05-10-2006 10:21 AM

is he being sincere do you think? i don't, otherwise his comment would be more like:

MMMMMMmmmmMMMMMM.... THAT smells like some HELLUVA GOOOD KEDGEEREES rmr!!!

rmr 05-10-2006 10:32 AM

^^ right? i know!!

well i did it - i heated it i heated it i heated it i heated it and no comment - i'm going back for more

so help me god he better come up to my desk rubbing his belly screaming MMM GOOD at the top of his lungs or i'm quitting. no lie - serious!!!

zero 05-10-2006 10:46 AM

rmr can i ask you a question

rmr 05-10-2006 10:50 AM

yes.

go ahead.

zero 05-10-2006 10:51 AM

have you got crispy wontons?

rmr 05-10-2006 10:56 AM

a few

but not so crispy

more like "moisty" wontons

zero 05-10-2006 11:00 AM

so presumably they were sizzling crispy wontons when you got them last night or whenever it was you got them and now they're, as you put it, "moisty"?

enjoy your wontons!

rmr 05-10-2006 11:10 AM

i think that wontons should be "crispy" "sizzly"

i think they were "moisty" "oily" which made them not the best wontons of the day

zero 05-10-2006 11:33 AM

check your happy

rmr 05-10-2006 11:44 AM

are you happy

zero 05-10-2006 11:54 AM

no, not really

i've lost my happy for the time-being

posting in your bathroom thread always affects me this way, i think you know that

i'll be alright in a little while

rmr 05-10-2006 11:55 AM

all you ever do is think about yourself

my happy is gone too

hello

i passed the exam with a whopping 63% score so beware of happy c0mpany!

rmr 05-10-2006 02:23 PM

now that's what i call a happy!!

did you grade it yourself?

Coffee 05-10-2006 03:46 PM

Waking up every morning on a gently rocking sailboat with two temporarilly needy cats snuggling close: Gives me a very big happy. :D :D :D

Brynn 05-10-2006 05:36 PM

tempororilly needy is the very best kind of thing ever in unapologetic cats

having a really nifty coworker replace the horrible bigot who's going away soon is also the very best kind of thing ever too and it makes me unbelievably happy and happy forever and ever enough to dance around my leftover lunch of cheap but good Thai salad wraps from the wonderful cart down the sunny side of the street

jasmina 05-10-2006 07:31 PM

I got a small happy today when I managed to get back all the numbers from my mobile phone that I thought I'd lost.
Prior to that I was not having any happies at all. I'm trying to see this as an overall happy but it's difficult.

I'm hoping for some kind of better quality happy tomorrow.

Jack Flanders 05-10-2006 09:13 PM

I had a double happy when the two titles to our two cars that we paid off arrived in the mail, but the the husband arrived home all crabby, so, pop that double happy balloon. Fudge. La-di-da, tomorrow is another day!

how's the happy business for everybodies?

12"razormix 05-11-2006 08:40 AM

as old as all the sands
shrank to stagnant from atlantic wild
lost that child 'til mermaid
smiled

zero 05-11-2006 08:47 AM

thanks frieda

on now to the happy markets and a quick glance at the international smiley face. as you can see the dutchland and us cheeks started off with a gap of 3.2 but increased trading forced the two apart to form a unified face at around teatime, which hovered for the rest of the day. tomorrow there will be a 72% chance of a happy in the late forenoon.

jasmina 05-11-2006 11:15 AM

I finally got my happy!
Went for a 2 hour lunch with a couple of good friends at my favourite Italian restaurant, and it's a lovely 22 degrees C here in London.
Sat out on the pavement and felt like I was back in Italy again.

magdalen 05-12-2006 06:20 AM

first time this year i had do-in in the Kralingse Bos
