I'm grateful that guy only had some gooey road rash tonight and didn't die in front of my house.

I'm grateful that cats' disgusting eye infection has cleared up and now he only looks a little cross- eyed.

I'm grateful to have credit when I need it.

I'm grateful my car made it to the store.

I'm grateful to have a bike and able legs.

My son still asks for kissy fights, in which you each simultaneously try to give a kiss on the cheek and push the other one away with all your might.

I lose more often than one might expect, but that in no way indicates that I am throwing the fight. ;)

That is so weird. I have a friend who says that to me all the time. Saying it to yourself can get you through really bad days sometimes.
