So by "dancing in the rain", you don't mean that instead of waiting for the storms of life to pass (undesirable circumstances), you should get out into the middle of the storm and dance (delight) in it instead, making the most of the situation, using the storm to your advantage? A boyfriend from a long time ago used to like to brush my hair for me, and when he did it, yes, it was an art.

He started by stroking his fingers gently through the big tangles. Then, starting at the ends, very slowly and patiently he would work up and through it in sections as though it were spun out of something precious. When he was finally done, he would make a precise part, and arrange it around my shoulders the way he wanted it.
