When you are inspired by some great purpose,
some extraordinary project,
all of your thoughts break their bonds.
Your mind transcends limitations.
Your consciousness expands in every direction.
You find yourself in a new and great and wonderful world.
Dormant forces, faculties, and talents come alive,
and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far
than you ever dreamed yourself to be.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 200 B.C.E.

will & mo grat minds think alike

I love the nature of humanity's search for meaning. For me I'm certain about my relationship with the model of perfection of human life that's laid out with the life of Jesus Christ. I'm certain of that. So I'm at home and not fearful when I sit in a mosque or a synagogue or a Buddhist temple, the same way that I'm home in the Church of Scientology. I like anywhere people are searching for the truth, and I respect their path and I'm intrigued by their path. I think when you are certain in and of what you believe in, you can open your mind to seeing the ways of others. I'm not bothered when someone says "Allah" because they're talking about God—we are talking about the same person. I was in India recently and my hotel was near the Taj Mahal. Five times a day there would be a call for prayer, and it was the most beautiful thing. I was lying in my bed thinking, no matter what your religion is, it would be great to have that reminder five times a day to remember your Lord and savior
~Will Smith's response to a newsweek reporter when asked it he
"was a Scientologist"

Young's Literal Translation
And she saith, 'Let me find grace in thine eyes, my lord, because thou hast comforted me, and because thou hast spoken unto the heart of thy maid-servant, and I -- I am not as one of thy maid-servants.'

.here are some lyrics I like

>>THANK YOU FOR TURNING ME ON TO THIS LUKKU !!<<

I'd rather chase your shadow all my life
than be afraid of my own
I'd rather be with you
I'd rather not know
where I'll be than be alone and convinced that I know
and the world keeps spinning round
my world's upside down and I wouldn't change a thing
I've got nothing else to lose
I lost it all when I found you and I wouldn't change thing
no you and I wouldn't change a thing
Everything I know has let me down
so I will just let go
let you turn me inside out
cause I know I'm not sure
about anything but you wouldn't have it any other way
and the world keeps spinning round
my world's upside down and I wouldn't change a thing
I've got nothing else to lose
I lost it all when I found you and I wouldn't change thing
no you and I wouldn't change a thing
spinning, turning, watching, burning
all my life has found its meaning
walking, crawling, climbing, falling
all my life has found its meaning
you and I wouldn't change a thing
no you and I wouldn't change a thing
and the world keeps spinning round
my world's upside down and I wouldn't change a thing
I've got nothing else to lose
I lost it all when I found you and I wouldn't change thing
no you and I wouldn't change a thing
no you and I wouldn't change a thing

Wearing ranks has been a long military tradition. Through the ages, the ranks have included such symbols as feathers, sashes and stripes. The badges of rank have been worn on hats, shoulders and around the waist and chest.

I read somewhere the other day that the symbol that is used on cadillacs is the family crest of the family that (sort of) founded Detroit.

does anyone see any synchonicity?

"DETROIT"
(copy and pasted from wikipedia)

History

Main article: History of Detroit

The city name comes from the Detroit River (French: l'étroit du Lac Érié), meaning the strait of Lake Erie, linking Lake Huron and Lake Erie; in the historical context, the strait included Lake St. Clair and the St. Clair River.[15] Traveling up the Detroit River on the ship Le Griffon (owned by La Salle), Father Louis Hennepin noted the north bank of the river as an ideal location for a settlement. There, in 1701, the French officer Antoine de la Mothe Cadillac, along with 51 additional French-Canadians, founded a settlement called Fort Ponchartrain du Détroit, naming it after the comte de Pontchartrain, Minister of Marine under Louis XIV. France offered free land to attract families to Detroit, which grew to 800 people in 1765, the largest city between Montreal and New Orleans. Francois Marie Picoté, sieur de Belestre (Montreal 1719–1793) was the last French military commander at Fort Detroit (1758–1760), surrendering the fort on November 29, 1760 to the British. Detroit's city flag reflects this French heritage.
