I say yes, on polish sausage with brown mustard, and also I have discovered on top of fresh goat cheese and seaweed crackers - you?

Sauerkraut on a reuben sandwich, yes - corned beef, swiss cheese, thousand island dressing. Also good slow-cooked with pork and apples...

baked in the oven with rice and ground pork, doused in sour cream...



and with potato-sort-of-noodles and finely chopped up fried bacon...


... and sometimes just without anything else, just nibbling at it for the pleasure of sour ness...

cooked, mixed with mashed PO-TAY-TOES and raisins and a big fat sausage on the side
