WTF??? women want that guy?...what the hell chance does that leave the rest of us who aren't that guy?

Damn.

Willow Sylph 09-10-2004 09:26 PM

HE directed Mullholland Drive? I thought that was a David Lynch movie?

Willow Sylph 09-10-2004 09:30 PM

Okay, I'm retarded. You mean he was the director IN Mulholland Drive, not the director OF. LOL!
Okay, he's the wrong dude.

Willow Sylph 09-10-2004 09:40 PM

Noooooooo!!! I just looked him up on IMDB and they are one in the same dude. He looked so macho and manly and hot in Charlie's Angels and he was such a wimpy little twit in Mulholland Drive. Now dat's some damn good acting!

Willow Sylph 09-10-2004 09:52 PM

Alrighty, Fodder - here's the version of your guy that I like...

Coffee - we want that guy and many many many many many many other types of guys too! You all have a chance if you'd just be NICE, THOUGHTFUL and HONEST and a few other virtuous things.

Tell her I said to come over here and say that!

melissa 09-11-2004 02:09 AM

Apparently I'm happy with a not too tall bartender who has a belly and stinky feet and who farts a lot. He also is incredibly generous and has a sharp sense of humor and looks at me with adoration and is so very supportive of me. Of all the men I've dated (there's been plenty) he's one of the most sincere and valid men I've ever met.

...who's your daddy, now? Huh? Huh?

lapietra 09-11-2004 03:05 AM

Have to admit - a number of the guys that I've completely lost my head over were a little on the short side, a bit stocky (but with cute butts and nice muskles), pretty eyes, intelligent, rebellious, slightly balding, BIG teases...

I think maybe because they reminded me of my giant stuffed raccoon I had for about 8 years... :D

That's what I'm talkin' bout.

melissa 09-11-2004 03:13 AM

Would you want him to keep the elbow and knee pads on?

Zaftig 09-11-2004 03:18 AM

A penis and a paycheck. Preferably hefty for both.

imdrsmooth 09-11-2004 03:36 AM

That's awesome that someone changed the picture for people to stop stealing bandwidth. I'm keeping it up.

priceyfatprude 09-11-2004 03:38 AM

LOL

imdrsmooth 09-11-2004 03:38 AM

Here is what I really wanted to post:

nycwriters 09-11-2004 03:41 AM

I know. She really should not be wearing anything.

madasacutsnake 09-11-2004 05:55 AM

1. He should worship the ground I walk on. In fact he should lick the ground I'm going to walk on before I have walked on it.

2. If in doubt, refer 1.

Aphrodite 09-11-2004 10:33 AM

I can't speak for anyone but me.

Someone who can make me laugh.
Someone I find attractive.
I have no template to what is attractive. It could be the way he smiles, or the cut of his jaw.
I like a self-assured guy. Not a bull dozer mentality, just not intimidated by the world.
A fellow who will stand to allow an old woman to sit.
He has to take pride in his appearance as in good hygiene and a nice subtle cologne.
It doesn't matter if he's short or tall, a few extra pounds would be ok too as long as he wasn't sloppy and sedentary.
It would probably easier to say what ladies don't want in a guy.

I think the most important thing I look for in a guy is his brain. Can he have intellectual discussions? Does he have goals? Dreams? Common Sense? Class? A slightly wicked sense of humour?

wow, how cliché. what about the fancy sports car and big house?

when I was looking, I wasn't really aware of what I was looking for. It was more like what I didn't want.
I ddin't want
someone who only thought of themselves
someone who wasn't responsible
a clinging vine *shudder*
someone that didn't notice when I had made and obvious effort to dress up
a control freak
someone that didn't consider the realtionship an equal partnership

I am generally attracted to intelligence, independence and finding humor in the same things I do.

HornyScotsman 09-12-2004 01:03 AM

no wonder i cant pull if this is what women want!

trisherina 09-12-2004 04:37 AM

The three Cs get me for life:

Clever, courageous, and concupiscent.

All others please piss off.

HornyScotsman 09-12-2004 06:58 AM
