Oh, I'd never heard the term supply teacher before, apparently it's a UK term.

Here they're variously called substitute, relief or emergency teachers.

One happy comes seldom alone:

Me has a regressive hyperplastic nodule which shows NO sign for malignancy :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Oh and it ain't neither cold nor autonomous - it's a friendly warm thang!

& I shall take me 50g levothyroxin and show up again in a year

This is what the biopsy and suppression szintigramme report says.

@Hfox: Aye, I (try to) talk British (we were allowed to chose, once upon a time in school - in 9th grade or so, between BE, with which we started in 5th grade, and AE, to which we were introduced later in 7th grade or so; of the Australias we learned only one or two chapters and I still can remember "Gday!" => G'day to you mate! :) - I'll tell you of the demons another time then, for now I feel like PRATY :D

^very true, ms_b. - maybe you could teach yours students about this on yours 1st day in class - you know.. that there's this van der waals force-like thing that's invisibly acting upon all happys to bring them together into happy clumps or clusters.

congratulations, i believe you're going to be an outstanding teacher in this world.

MoJoRiSin 11-27-2009 08:06 PM

I haven't been reading carefully the last few days...
Great news, Stephi!! I have been thinking of you about both those things and am glad they're developing in the ways you hoped. :)

Zero is right...You will be a good teacher. Half of it is the ability to understand and explain something that you find interesting, and the other half is to have a natural tendency to be upbeat and encouraging (for use when someone doesn't understand easily), and you have both of those.

Here's the thing Odbe,
I have been working on solving the kryptos puzzle

I was driving Sunday night on a busy road, and suddenly soap bubbles started floating past, into traffic, weaving amongst the tail lights. No idea where they were coming from, but it was fun to see.
