who do you hug?

the spouse. my dad. his wife, if she makes the first move. my aunts and uncles. one of my cousins, although not frequently.

i'm not a big hugger. i chalk some of it up to sensory defensiveness. i chalk the rest of it up to a reluctance to express intimacy with more than a few people. it's not that i don't love people. it's that it's difficult to touch them that intimately.

i have hug issues. or as i like to call it, hugssues.

Pretty much anyone I know well: parents, sister, extended family, some of my oldest female friends, and one of my male friends.

i'm not much of a hugger. family & friends get the normal 3-kisses greeting.. 1 kiss if we see each other every day. there's not much hugging going on in the NLs anyway, people find it weird and too intimate.
