What's your favorite way to eat what kind of cheese and why?

On a train, some kind of stinky cheese, in the lounge car, near people who think they hate stinky cheese. Then I suggest that it only smellls bad because they aren't "tasting" it too, and share some with them. Last time I did that 3 outa 5 said "Blech", 1 said it smells worse than it tastes, and 1 said "mom, i love it, can we get some too" (Unfortunately Mom had said "blech" :( ).

It has two benefits: For me, i get more leg room to streach my long legs out. For the victims: They can't smell it as much after they try it and usualy some repressed cheese person gets their cheese horizon expanded beyond velveeta.
