Oh, the traditional kind. I've taken something similar before and it was helpful. I just try not to think about how the traditional kind is sometimes bound with manure. And also it tastes like incense.

And yes John does look very young. But Michael is my favorite.

Given the country of origin, cow mucus is much more likely, if not more appetizing.

I got a kind I've never been given before, which are all wrapped up in pretty tiny blue sacks, to be taken with hot water every full moon. :D
