I also remember you when ever I see Tom Cruise..I tend to think of Baha'i as Scientology Lite..I don't know why.
Hope life is treating you well. (You know, we only torture you 'cause you love it.) ;)

The Bahai Faith is NOTHING like Scientology.

On me Motor FM I found a link to here: http://www.rudolfdassler.com/pindex.jsp where there's this mixtape, kinda an anthology of post-Loveparade Berlin electronic music. Dunno, maybe you don't know some of it yet. Anyways, have fun listening :)

I was in a classroom on the second floor and sat down across from a window looking out on a big old elm whose branches (nude and dark at this time of year) formed a great big quite perfect capital letter A about fifteen feet off the ground. I wished zero could have seen it because it most assuredly would have given him a happy.

Jack Flanders 01-16-2008 03:35 AM

^^^ may I say, please - that gave me a happy? I grew up with elms as a kiddo until the Dutch Elm Disease took them all. I loved those trees.

trisherina 01-16-2008 10:36 AM

Where I live is Dutch Elm disease-free, and I hope it stays that way -- they make fantastic canopies overtop the streets that they line in the spring and summer.

Frieda 01-16-2008 12:27 PM

oh, trees! here we just chop em all down, no diseases, guaranteed!

hey everyone

i feel bad for not posting lately around here. i'm still looking for a place to live in NYC, it's really hard doing the craiglist thing after work every day.

I didn't rest enough before moving to the states, which may have been a bit stupid. I feel burnt out and i'm just starting...I have met some cool people here, luckily, and it keeps me going.

The work environment is way more formal than what i am used to, and i am going to need to wrap my head around it. It's hard to be the new guy all over again, too.

meh :o

i'm a bit sick so it's making me see the negative, i guess.

i'll be around more often when i find a place to live of my own, with an internet connection.

T.I.P., GO TO:
Crif Dogs
113 Saint Marks Place in the East Village
(Between Ave A & 1st Ave)

Order a Tsunami Dog.
It will fix everything & you will no longer question your decision to move to NY.
