over, even at my place where I put it standing on that kinda shelf formed by the central heating, I put it such that when I've grabbed it it has the top leaf pointing over.... Why?! :confused: Can't have learned it from my granny (like all other household rituals) for she proceeds like Odbe I only recently noticed again, slightly irritated as usual when meeting rolls with under-configuration ;)

mine:

most - can't say definitely, though June is usually the neatest

least - definitely February, good it's so short!

i like march/april the most, because the air smells so fresh and the sun gets warmer and flowers come up

i don't like november much, too early for xmas lights and too late for autumn colors. there's always 28 days of pouring rain and 2 days of crazy snow mayhem.

Nothing bad ever happens in July. It is full and radiant, a broad smile. By mid August the first twinges of loss creep in.

January is the worst. The -30 days where the cold sucks your eyes out are always in January. The same number of days as July, but always much, much longer.

People who plan to retire to warmer climates around here almost always speak of doing so "this fall." Anything to stay away from January.

July and August are the sunniest months here in Portland so I guess I will say that those are my favorites at this point...however, my goal is to have two places to reside. My sister lives in Houston so if all else fails, maybe someday I will live there November through May.
