ah i see! the dictionary did say lancashire as the origin :)

(i typoed lancashire firstly, accidentally replacing the r with a t... it's a true testimony to how dull my day has been, judging by how amusing i found it...)

Schadenfreude is a German word:meaning

Kameelperd has Dutch roots from the words kameel (camel) and perd (dialect) or paard meaning horse. But we never use this combination.

A word i like: götterdämmerung (also German)
