I need to go to the gym, but I want a nap. Motivate me please....You can even bully me if you want, but make me go to the gym!

Maybe tomorrow morning, even before you eat brekkie, pick up a sponge and just wipe something. Just one thing. Then, since you have the sponge in your hand anyway, wipe one more thing. After that, see how you feel.
