my office: strangely, i'm not looking forward to saying goodbye to it

kinda like that funny syndrome that causes kidnapping victims to acquire sympathetic feelings for their captors..

eta: stockholm syndrome, that's it

my apartment, still way too full...half of it is in boxes, but there is still the other half...

Amazing how much stuff one can accumulate in 5 years !

!! If you are reading this proceed to throw away at least 3 objects in your home that you have no use for (or auction them off on ebay). You will thank me one day.

Amazingly long pieces of toilet paper,
attached to the trees and parts of building 25,
fluttering in the wind a bit like prayer flags
(prayers for good bowel movement maybe?).

After coming home from the dentist with my mouth still numb and not working right, I see a cafe mocha stain dribbled down the front of my shirt.

My very own (more or less, the state borrows it to me) brandnew phone in office
I have my very, very own office phone and my own number ,
well though unlike at my colleagues' phone, mine still gets the wrong name,
not B. but Fachschaft (approx. student council) - hopefully I won't get calls from a zillion of students till they fixed that.

So funny, the two girls in the other room just called themselves (they also got two phones now I figure) and broke down giggling when it rang ,
it's sort of a retro sound, also the earpieces look retro from the other side
(the one in which you speak) and are rather heavy - I love them earpieces!

Gotta call somebody..................
