Sir, first there were neon lights, then there was this lady and she said, "Have you ever seen a flaming duck?"
I said, "No. Do you have one?" "Let's go for a ride, my child." I blinked and it was beautiful. I saw nothing and everything all at the same time. Clouds became comfort became light. It was like hitting F1 and having all the world's problems vanish. There was no quacking, only the wind. The groundsman found me at the edge of the retention pond, laying amongst thousands of rubber ducks. They clogged the fountain, pressure built up and upon its release, we were blessed with a great yellow streaked geyser. For this, I offer no explanation, only a consolation. Yes, our parking lot has been showered with a pop culture icon. However, Mildred, who works the lunchline on Fridays, was able to give her tenth grandchild a toy on his birthday this year. Let's go downstairs and see how she's doing...
