must be, sometimes when you'all show a picture, all I get is a little box with some triangle, square and a circle in it.

It does that to me too, but once you see that the file is a .wmv, you can right click (option click for you mac users with out the right button) and download it to your desk top. You will need a Windows media player. I don't know why it happens that way with some wmv files instead of playing from the browser using a plugin.
