if you are wary of having your whole face viewed, let me know and I'll remove it from the bunch (the newest feature - mask scaling will allow people to see your full photo...)

I like this project Ze!
Sometimes the more options you give, the messier things get. Just take a look at how many coffee and smoothie options exist in this world.
I prefer your original format with less modifications. Either way, I'm sure you'll make either choice work. It's cool that we get a chance to see your progress.

in principle i agree with you...but the point of this project was not just to be another face generator like "what we want"...I am trying to create an online collage making tool that can apply to much more than just faces or people....

the less control i give the user, the more work i have to do to edit and align the images before they are handed to the program. ideally i don't want to manipulate the images at all and therefore the user has to have those controls...

I imagine a large user generated bank of photos that are sorted in some way, that can all be loaded in to this app to create, save and share collage....

i click on your link, a new window opens, it stays white for a couple of minutes with the little hourglass near the mouse pointer and eventually it times out!

IE 6.0 here, winxp pro

The first time I tried the previous version...with out the cropping feature...it hung up and was slow...It is now working fine for me.
