Just starting Les Fleurs du Mal, by Charles Baudelaire.
I've been told it's depressingly beautiful.

I am so freaking happy!
I found a place I can either download (for free ) or read online, the novel Peter Ibbetson by George Du Maurier There are over 20,000 free books in the Project Gutenberg Online Book Catalog. Authors listed in alphabetical order. RSS feed available. Audio books.... they sooooo many books available. I am giddy! YAY! http://www.gutenberg.org/catalog/

I just started 1984 which has always been on my "need to read before I die" list.
Does anyone have any other fictional novels about futuristic utopian societies? (Note: I've read Flowers for Algernon forever ago, and I have bought Farenheit 451 to read after I finish 1984.) |
