moN, Atavan is an anti-anxiety pill. (Quite a lovely one, too, if I may say so myself.)

"Sublingual" is "under the tongue," where it goes right into your bloodstream, lickety-split, meaning you can get anti-anxietied faster.

In this context, sounds on the money.
