Maybe you should have specified sex and orientation rather than gender, Master....

work work work

I own a digital prepress outfit, don't worry no one outside the printing business really knows what that is. I make the film that is used in printing from the masterpieces that the graphic designers create.Be nice and I will tell designer jokes.

actually it is a free standing business for small printers who cannot afford the equipment or don't want to learn how to use it. I have 4 computers sitting in front of me right now, plus a couple of other ones for business related things, plus the server of course. there is a Powerbook lurking under the desk today too.

But I do so love to make fun of designers it's almost impossible to resist. Please don't get in a bunch about it. Have you ever hung around in a press room and heard the press guys make fun of the film output people? Same thing

Thumbs down It's the Christmas shopping season now, folks!

Retail hell. Don't misunderstand me. I love working retail, I just despise the customers who make it hell. Also, Sunday School teacher. I'm working on getting my certificate to preach, then will work on getting my liscence to marry and bury. I will possibly go for my ordination as well, that way if I wanted to, I could run a church. Woo!

Ok now I'm curious

Sorry about that truly sad story.
Here's another one, not nearly as traumatic...
Look at the list of dead end jobs below.
1.Babysitter
2.Babysitter and housekeeper.
3.Deli clerk
4.Grocery checker.
5.Meter maid

I'm curious continued

darnit, accidentally sent way before my list was complete.
6. 911 dispatcher
7. customer service at small aviation firm
8. 911 dispatcher (different state)
10. police records clerk
11. 911 dispatcher
12. library clerk
13. records tech-currently with 14. business analyst/procedure writer
15. soon-software application trainer and will continue with 13.

None of those are what I wanted except library clerk...Luckily our library levy just passed, so the library can operate for the next 5 years. Maybe I can go back there.

What I really want to do is write and paint...
You know how it is-you either have the money or you have the time..never both

Allegrong, sorry about your story. Tooo depressing-my records tech stuff is all in the juvenile justice field...(there are depressing stories everyday)
