Have you ever passed a kidney stone? The one I had was the size of a pea -- one moment I was fine walking down the street, the next I was prone and in SEVERE pain on the sidewalk until the ambulance came and took me away.

I have had kidney infections, one required hospitalization. The doctor told me that stones and infections pain rank right up there with giving birth. I don't know how they would know that, but I feel for you NYC. If I get another infection this year, they are going to do an MRI to look for stones. Wow, I should start a geriatric thread! I am beginning to talk about health problems just like a little old woman.

Does this have something to do with what happened in Vegas that you are all so reluctant to talk about?

Now an English teach (who still can't spell). Still loving being a mum, best thing ever, so much so that number 2's on it's way (oh & I got married last year!).
