When you undereat, your body believes that there is a famine in your vicinity and slows down your metabolic rate. Hence you can gain weight on fewer calories, depending on how much it is that you're eating in that one meal.

I started my diet today.
I'm stuffed from the oatmeal and I'm packing what looks like enough food for a small family for lunch and dinner at work. Ugh, I cannot possibly eat this much. |

Oatmeal is ****ing disgusting. *barfs* It has to be that flavored stuff or I won't touch it.
I had fast food for dinner tonight: a sour cream/chive baked potato a side salad $2.08 Now it's Wendy's, ppl. I used to work there, I know what's good. I could've ordered a Chicken Club (fried chicken breast, mayo, lettuce, tomato, cheese & bacon), fries w/blue cheese dressing to dip them in & a cherry coke. But I didn't. I'm an adult. No one is responsible for what goes in my mouth except me.

I like apples but they tear up my gums. Bananas keep me from having muscle twitches!! And they have a handle and a wrapper.
