I've read it
Excellent book. Yes read it. It's a great book about what race really mean (or doesn't), how we define ourselves and how others define us.

Wasn't it on Oprah's book club, I think that is where I have seen it.

It's one of my favorites, I love the way the author got the name of the book. When he was little he started questioning his race; his father is black and mother is white. He asks his mom about it and she tells him people are the color of water. Philosophical and hilarious, I recommend this book.
