Is your voice monotonous, rather than varied in pitch?

Or otherwise known as I would rather ram my head through a barbed wire fence than work for some-one who thinks this piss poor excuse for a psychological test is more than one big piece of shite.

Do you generally find that actions of your associates are genuine?

No, they are cunning bastards. Trust no-one.

When making a decision, do you play favorites rather than studying the issues or people involved?

I play favourites. Everything other than office politics is ephemeral.

Do you sometimes feel compelled to repeat some interesting item or tidbit?

If I think it is to my advantage, absof*ckinglutely.

Would you give up easily on a given course if it were causing you a considerable amount of inconvenience?

I wouldn't have even started. However, if you are suggesting that I may have been stupid enough in the first place to start something that would inconvenience me and then found I didn't like inconvenience after all, I would give it the *ss and then look for some-one to blame.

Is your opinion influenced by looking at things from the standpoint of your experiences, occupaton or training?

I already said that I play favourites.

Can you accept defeat easily without the necessity of "Swallowing your disapplintment"?

I never lose.

If you were involved in a slight car accident, would you really take the trouble to see that any damage you did was made good?

No I usually find it easier to make sure that the other driver is dead before I drive away.

For Chrissakes. This is a pseudo-psychological test for a paid position - had any-one ever answered "no" to this?

Is your voice monotonous, rather than varied in pitch?

I listen to my voice a lot. It keeps the other voices in my head at bay.

I have a friend whos father is a scientologist. My friend was a hellraiser in highschool and when his father converted he was told he had to control his son better so they sent him to a series of scientologist based youth camps. He escaped from everyone and his father kept locking him back up. He finally turned 18 and just got the hell away from his father. He told me his father was tithing up to 50% of his income to the church and was fast on the road to bankruptcy. Be very leary of those cultists. L.Ron Hubbard, the founder, once told a fellow author (Robert Heinlein I believe) that the best way to get rich was to start a religion. Here is a little info on the man http://www.rotten.com/library/bio/re...l-ron-hubbard/

I knew it didn't have enough questions to be an MMPI. Scientology? 200 questions for a personality inventory? Are you SURE you wanna work there, zen?

It's a standard psychological profile, to show your logic, energy level, etc. Some of the questions are contradictory, but in the one at my sister's company the answers are a pattern. it's a trick. no one gives a shit what you answer, just how you score.

I took something like that when I went into the military. I think they are designed to weed out total morons...the contadictory stuff, rephrasing of the same concepts several ways were soo transparent. I just answered based on "what will get me the job I want". I got the job I wanted.
